Founder & Managing Director
Manohar is techno-business leader, brings over two decades of experience across the FinTech and Healthcare domains. Prior to founding OjasQuest, he established Ojas Consulting, a firm known for delivering Architecture-as-a-Service solutions. Manohar specializes in business strategy, product innovation, and technology-led transformation. He leads with purpose and authenticity, inspiring teams to build impactful solutions that align with long-term vision and values.
Smitha Rao
Founder & Director
Smitha, born into a business family, brings over 20 years of expertise in the Industrial Automation domain. She is a member of the CII National Committee on Robotics, Drones & Automation and has contributed extensively to the field through technical specifications, research papers, and IEEE publications. She is also the author of a published book. She was awarded the ‘Women Entrepreneur of the Year’ by STPI, Government of India, “Distinguished Women Achiever” by IEC Team and ‘Women in Tech 2025’ award in the Trailblazing Entrepreneur – SME & MSME category.
