  • Remote monitoring and diagnostics that cut site visits and speed up troubleshooting
  • Clean, intuitive interfaces built for operators, technicians and engineers

Simulation and virtual commissioning

We build accurate digital models of machines, robot cells and production lines, then run the real control code against them. This finds design and logic errors early, when changes cost least. Our engineers work with tools such as Siemens Process Simulate, NX Mechatronics Concept Designer, Plant Simulation, Visual Components, Rockwell Emulate3D and RoboDK.

Kinematic and cycle-time simulation

  • Motion studies to check reach, clearances and interference between moving parts
  • Cycle-time analysis to find bottlenecks and balance stations before build
  • “What-if” comparisons of layouts, sequences and equipment options

Digital twin models of machines and lines

  • 3D models linked to physical behaviour: sensors, actuators, conveyors and product flow
  • Reusable component libraries for faster modelling of repeat machines
  • Plant- and line-level flow simulation for throughput, buffer sizing and resource planning

Virtual commissioning of PLC code

  • The real PLC program runs against the simulated machine, using emulators such as Siemens PLCSIM Advanced and Beckhoff TwinCAT simulation
  • Sequences, interlocks, alarms and fault recovery tested before hardware arrives
  • HMI screens validated with operators ahead of installation

Robot reach and offline programming

  • Robot selection and placement studies to confirm reach, payload and cycle time
  • Offline programming and collision checking using ABB RobotStudio, FANUC ROBOGUIDE or RoboDK
  • Programs ready to download on site, reducing manual teaching time

Testing, validation and documentation

We help you prove that a machine meets its requirements before it ships, and we deliver the documentation your customers, auditors and maintenance teams rely on. Our engineers bring a structured, traceable approach to verification, from the first design review to final handover.

  • Spare-parts lists, exploded views and recommended spares
  • As-built drawings, electrical schematics and commented control code handed over as one controlled package

Sustaining engineering and product improvement

Launch is only the start of a product's life. We take on the ongoing engineering that keeps your installed base running and your product line profitable.

That frees your core team to focus on new development. Our engineers work within your processes and PLM/PDM systems, such as Windchill, Teamcenter and SolidWorks PDM.
