Founder Smitha Rao Featured in Industrial Automation Magazine’s “Women in Technology 2025”

Industrial Automation Magazine featured our Founder, Smitha Rao, in its Women in Technology 2025 series on why women’s leadership and innovation matter.

Industrial Automation Magazine has featured our Founder, Smitha Rao, in its Women in Technology 2025 series, a platform that recognises women who are shaping the future of technology across industry. In the feature, she spoke about why women’s leadership and innovation matter in technology, and how diverse voices lead to stronger teams, better products and more meaningful solutions.

The feature was built around the theme “Leading with purpose. Powering progress. Inspiring the next generation of technologists.” It put the spotlight on women founders and leaders who are not only building successful ventures but also creating pathways for others to follow. Through her journey as the founder of OjasQuest, Smitha shared her perspective on leading with a clear sense of purpose, driving progress through technology, and encouraging young students and professionals, especially women, to take up careers in technology and take on leadership roles.

At OjasQuest, this message reflects what we practise every day: celebrating innovation, inclusivity and empowerment, and supporting the next generation of technologists through mentoring, industry exposure and practical learning.

We thank Industrial Automation Magazine for the feature and for giving women in technology a platform to share their stories.
