Industrial Application Development

We help industrial automation and instrumentation OEMs build the software applications that sit alongside their devices and make them easier to set up, maintain and operate. Our teams develop calibration applications that guide technicians through calibration workflows, record results, generate calibration certificates and maintain audit-ready records. We build device configuration and diagnostic tools that support industry standards such as FDT/DTM, FDI, EDDL, HART and IO-Link (IODD), with diagnostics aligned to NAMUR NE 107 status signals. We develop scheduler applications for maintenance planning, calibration due dates, batch operations and production tasks, with alerts and reporting built in. We also build commissioning wizards, firmware update utilities, parameter backup and restore tools, and asset management applications to cut setup time and field errors.

These applications are delivered as desktop (.NET/WPF, Qt), web (Angular, React), and mobile (Android, iOS with Bluetooth connectivity) solutions, with cloud connectivity where needed.

Our UX design, automated testing, localization and sustenance engineering keep every application reliable, easy to use and ready for global markets.

PLC & DCS Application Engineering

We partner with industrial automation OEMs to build, extend and sustain their PLC and DCS product platforms across the full product lifecycle. Our team has experience to develop controller runtime software, IEC 61131-3 function block libraries, device management libraries, control modules and application templates. These let OEMs ship ready-to-use solutions for process, batch (ISA-88) and discrete automation.

We engineer the tools that sit around the controller, including configuration and engineering environments, simulation and virtual commissioning platforms, and PLC-to-DCS integration over PROFINET, HART, FF, EtherNet/IP, Modbus and OPC UA. For safety-critical products, we build SIS-ready applications and support IEC 61508 / IEC 61511 compliance. For quality, our automated verification frameworks, hardware-in-the-loop test benches and regression suites validate every release before it reaches the customer. We also provide sustenance engineering, legacy platform migration and new-feature development.

We have experience with Emerson DeltaV Systems, ABB 800xA, Siemens, Honeywell Experion PKS, Yokogawa CENTUM VP, Siemens PCS 7, and Schneider EcoStruxure Foxboro DCS.

SCADA & HMI Development

We help industrial automation OEMs build and modernize their SCADA and HMI products, from embedded operator panels to enterprise-scale supervisory platforms. Our teams develop HMI runtimes, visualization frameworks and reusable UI component libraries using Qt/QML, HTML5 and modern web technologies, across Windows, Linux and embedded targets.

On the connectivity side, we build communication drivers, protocol connectors and data layers over OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, PROFINET and EtherNet/IP, along with historian integration and trend analytics. We extend SCADA platforms with custom modules, plug-ins and APIs, and add web and mobile access for remote monitoring. Security is built in from the start with IEC 62443-aligned practices such as role-based access, secure communication and audit trails

We have expertise and experience in Wonderware/Intouch, iFIX, WinCC, FactoryTalk etc.

MES / MOM Integration

We help ISV(Industrial software vendors) and automation OEMs build, extend and integrate their MES and MOM products to connect the shop floor with the enterprise. Our teams develop MES modules for production tracking, OEE monitoring, quality management, genealogy and traceability, scheduling and maintenance, all aligned with ISA-95 / IEC 62264 and B2MML data models.

We build integration layers that link ERP systems such as SAP with PLC, DCS and SCADA systems over OPC UA, MQTT and REST APIs, including unified namespace architectures for real-time data flow. For modern deployments, we re-architect legacy MES into cloud-native microservices using containers and Kubernetes, supporting on-premise, edge and hybrid cloud setups. We develop connectors, adapters and APIs so MES products plug easily into third-party equipment, historians and analytics platforms.

Industrial Data & Historian Integration

We help industrial automation OEMs and software vendors build and extend data platforms that turn raw plant data into reliable, usable information. Our teams develop historian products and features, including high-speed data collection, time-series storage, compression, store-and-forward buffering and data retrieval APIs.

We build edge data collectors and connectors that pull data from PLC, DCS, SCADA and field devices over OPC UA, MQTT/Sparkplug B, Modbus and other industrial protocols. For modern architectures, we design data pipelines and unified namespace solutions using technologies such as Kafka, InfluxDB and TimescaleDB, alongside cloud integration with AWS and Azure.

We add context to raw data through asset models, tag hierarchies and ISA-95 structures, so it is ready for analytics, reporting and AI/ML use cases. We also develop dashboards, trend visualizations and reporting tools using platforms such as Grafana, as well as custom web applications. Our data validation, performance and scalability testing, IEC 62443-aligned security practices and sustenance engineering keep historian products accurate and reliable at scale.

OT Cybersecurity

We help industrial automation OEMs build security into their products from the start, so their devices, controllers and software meet today's cybersecurity requirements. Our teams implement a secure development lifecycle aligned with IEC 62443-4-1, and engineer products to IEC 62443-4-2 component security levels.

We run threat modelling and risk assessments early in design, then build security features such as secure boot, role-based access control, certificate management, encrypted communication (TLS, OPC UA security) and security audit logging. Our security testing covers static code analysis, fuzz testing, penetration testing and vulnerability scanning, to find and fix weaknesses before products reach the field.

We generate and manage Software Bills of Materials (SBOMs) and help OEMs set up vulnerability management and PSIRT processes for ongoing security updates.
